As a child with a foreign background, I never saw people of my color working as an expert. For this change, we need each other.

I founded Samæ Oy to increase the understanding and practical know-how of companies and organizations regarding the employment of work-based immigrants, people with a foreign background already in Finland and *POC people.

With over 20 years of experience as a trainer, lecturer and later as a teacher, I have promoted internationality, diversity, integration and equality in various organisations, such as the Finnish Red Cross, MIELI ry, the Police and Laurea Universities of Applied sciences, the Ministry of Justice and the City of Hämeenlinna.

At its best, cultural diversity is the path to success for a company and creates competitive advantage. Together we can build The Finland of The Future, where everyone, regardless of background, can work and pursue their dreams.
